Zoom Spring Session Montage
A week of practice through the early part of spring. Across the week we gather for different forms of Qigong, each with its own rhythm, pace, and emphasis, yet all rooted in the same intention: to move with awareness, soften the body, and settle the mind. This short montage offers a glimpse into our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening sessions, including Flow Form, 18 Forms, and 5 Element Qigong. There’s a subtle shift at this time of year. The movement feels a little more open, a little more spacious, as things begin to unfold again. Whether you come once a week or practise more regularly, each session stands on its own while also supporting continuity and steadiness over time.
