This @FlexibilityScript video demonstrates an Active Flexibility exercise to increase your Thoracic Spine’s mobility in extension. This exercise will help improve posture, along with helping your shoulder mobility especially in overhead ranges of motion. I utilize two yoga blocks to perform this exercise and ankle weights can be added to your ankles to provide some feedback for your legs not to lift up causing your lower back(lumbar spine) to cheat to get you into extension. This Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) comes from the world of Kinstretch. It is a great follow up exercise to foam roller and/or mobility peanut work on your thoracic spine.
