This is a great, easy aerial hoop variation on the reverse meathook - it's also a great way to help your aerial hoop strength with a pose inside the lyra. This is a fun aerial hoop trick for intermediate aerialists and advanced aerialists who want to add a move in the aerial hoop meathook family to som lyra choreography. It could also be ok aerial hoop beginners, but only f you have good shoulder flexibility. :)
