Archetype Exploration: The Caregiver

The Caregiver Archetype embodies compassion, service, and the deep instinct to nurture and protect. Rooted in empathy and generosity, it reminds us of our capacity to tend to others and ourselves with love and devotion. Reflecting on this archetype can support our development by revealing where we give freely—and where we may need to restore balance. It may hold potency for us when we feel overly responsible for others, struggle with receiving, or are learning to care without self-sacrifice.
