Archetype Exploration: The Innocent

The Innocent archetype is the first archetype of the Hero's Journey narrative, that can be connected to as the Inner Child, but holds many valuable gifts for us as adults. The Innocent connects us to a time of safety, of dependance on others to fulfill our needs and a frequency of positivity and possibility where the world is inherently good and miracles do happen. Of course, it comes with it's pitfalls...the recognition of both its strengths and unhealthy strategies of remaining safe are necessary for the development of a mature ego, which becomes the container for our meetings with the greater mysteries of Life as we move forward on our own personal Hero's Journey. This webinar also speaks to the Hero's Journey and the phases we can expect to come across on our journey towards self-actualization and the expression of our authentic self - giving context to the importance of all the Archetypes as guides and aspects of self.
