Arms on FIRE: Get your arms strong and shapely and keep them that way with Arms on FIRE. In this workout, you will use bands, light weights, and heavy weights to sculpt and tone your arms, shoulders, and back. If you don't have the exact props that I'm using, fear not: you can use whatever you have to hand. (See what I did there?)
