Arms to Twist
Let’s mindfully relate the arms to the rest of the body. Beginning with some gentle warm-up practices, move the arms while resting in the ground and then opening up to spiral movement patterns. Enjoy the twist on the floor to your level of comfort to unlock the tensions and deepen the breath.
