The Digital Printer Solution: Can be provided or use your own print engine with side exit. System can be set to fold the same number of pages each time. Optional Barcode readers can be added for variable sheet counts. Struggling to print invoices or packing list with variable pages. Barcode readers can detect the precise number of pages to be gathered and folded. The Commercial and In-Plant Printer: Commercial and In-plant Printers often have already printed material. Baumfolder can add a feeder and feed preprinted documents. We can fold and gather precise sets of documents or variable sets of documents with optional barcode readers. The folded document(s) can exit onto a small conveyor and into a box. You could also exit onto a Baumfolder rollaway stacker for collection for additional processing. Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations: Companies that have to fold packing slips and/or invoices to fit into special cartons or boxes is perfect for the Baumfolder solution. Automated Document inserter can save time and money compared to folding by hand. Box & Carton insertion: An optional over the box insertion can be added to take the documents from the folder gatherer directly into the box. This can be beneficial for multiple height boxes, precise document placement. This also can speed up the Document insertion process by added staged conveyor to hold printed documents for timed insertion. Most cases the conveyor line waits on the printing documents. Using this device increases the speed of the print engine by printing documents ahead of time to have them staged for when the box is ready for insertion.
