A great way to work your core. Stay on your knees, so you do not strain your back. This will allow you to engage that hollow body only go as far down as you can keep form and locked out elbows, full grip as you move down into body position [do not let wrists bend in extension]. Keep more of a flexion or “over grip” to maintain control.
