Welcome to the target arm series. You will target all your problem areas with simple but effective exercises. You will use light weights (2-4 lbs) or no weights at all. Using no weights will allow this workout to be done for rehabilitation and using weights is for toning. Increase the weight, reps or time every time you do this workout.
