Box Handstand Shoulder Taps
Looking to strengthen your shoulders and get more comfortable with inversion? Here is the way to do it. Handstand Shoulder taps should feel balanced and controlled, not rushed because you feel like you are falling. Begin to SHIFT weight and drive hand through the floor to support your bod weight, find balance before you lift the other arm. The higher the box, the less strain on your hamstrings so if you have tight hammies, make sure you stretch more AND raise box to alleviate the strain on the hamstrings so you can stack hips and shoulders better. Ready to CRUSH Handstands? I have great accessory programs from beginner to the more advanced.
