Look for the setting designed for baking soda/powder-based recipes (and NOT yeast-based recipes). This setting is often called "cake" or "quick bread" but the name varies by manufacturer. Moreover, some manufacturers use the "quick bread" setting name for fast yeast-based recipes and others for baking soda/powder-based recipes. Unfortunately, this leads to a lot of confusion because these are two totally different types of recipes with different baking lengths.
