Cable front raises
• set pulley system to its lowest position, & attach a straight bar to it. Hold the bar with your hands placed shoulder width apart. Face away from the system & breathe out, bring the bar upwards, keeping your chest upright, until your arms are extended in front of your torso, at the same level as your chin. Lower the bar back down to your thighs, fully relax your shoulders before performing the next repetition.
