This 25 minute cardio barre workout mixes your favorite barre exercises with bursts of cardio to get you the best bang for your buck!Get ready to sweat, shake, and sculpt! Suggested props to get the most out of this workout include: light weights, a bender ball (mini Pilates ball), booty band, chair/barre and yoga mat. This workout comes from one of my quarterly fitness challenges and is inspired by barre, yoga, Pilates, and general fitness. If you want a half hour workout that will have those endorphins turned ON, try this one! I am a Barre Above and Balletone instructor with my own small business, Elizabeth Woolwine Fitness.
