She is suing her sister and her husband for a utility bill, personal property, and damaged property. The defendants, Crystal and Emillio, admit that Crystal was a drug addict, but they claim that Crystal quit using crack three months ago. Crystal denies withholding her sister’s property, and she’s countersuing for harassment because she claims the plaintiff threatened them.
