This workout is sure to work your entire core muscles. Add more challenge by incorporating weights. I’ve used 2lb toning balls to step it up a notch or two! If you don’t have toning balls, grab hand weights, water bottles or leave weights out altogether. If you’re strapped for time, complete one (1) round. If you have half hour or more try to complete 2-3 rounds! Have fun!
