Going through some poses after a great back day. 185.6 lbs this morning, 5'-7", 43 years old. This was immediately post workout, prior to my breakfast. I hit cardio on a fast with some pre-workout, electrolytes and 7 grams of creatine. Then intra-workout I get 30 grams of dextrose, 27 grams of protein from whey, and another 7 grams of creatine.
I know I'm a fat old man, all good.
