DCP’S EASY SPAGHETTI This easy spaghetti recipe features a rich pasta sauce and tender noodles, perfect for family dinners that everyone will love! Servings: 4 Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 25 minutes Total: 30 minutes Ingredients 1 pound ground beef, 80 percent lean/20 percent fat 2 cans of pasta sauce, your choice 1 tlb minced garlic ½ teaspoon dried basil (opt) ½ teaspoon dried oregano (opt) salt and pepper, to taste 1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti Instructions Set the oven to 400, then place the sausage in the oven after it's ready. Set the timer for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes While the sausage is cooking, start cooking the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces, until browned, 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat. Start your pasta water to boil, add 1 tlb salt, 1 tlb oil Add pasta sauce, minced garlic, salt and pepper, (opt) spices. Cook on med- low for 15 minutes. Turn the sausage if forgotten! Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain the spaghetti, pull out the sausage, slice it, and set it aside. Add the sauce to the noodles, then the sausage, tossing to coat. Top with Parmesan. Add pasta to the plate, add meat sauce on top, wala, Top with Parmesan. Add pasta, then plain sauce, toss and plate, done! HOT DAMN - SERVE IT UP
