College Trigonometry Chapter 10, Topic 3—De Moivre's Theorem
De Moivre's Theorem allows us to raise complex numbers to integer powers. We can see where this comes from by the theorem for multiplying complex numbers, but the full proof requires the Principle of Mathematical Induction, which we do not cover here.
