Earth Adored

Earth Adored is an English Country Dance devised by Joseph Pimentel in 2018. It is a proper three couple longways dance. The tune, called Sagina, was published by Thomas Campbell in 1825. It was performed by Goldcrest (Daron Douglas, Paul Oorts and Dave Wiesler) on the album "The Green Jay Collection". It is used with permission of Joseph Pimentel and Goldcrest and may be obtained from the online store at https://cdss.org/ or at https://bandcamp.com/ The animation plays at 92 counts per minute normally, but the first time through the set the dance is slowed down so people can learn the moves more readily. Men are drawn as rectangles, women as ellipses. Each couple is drawn in its own color, however the border of each dancer indicates what role they currently play so the border color may change each time through the minor set. https://www.upadouble.info/
