This is the second spacing in your lower spine. It is between the 5th lumbar vertebrae and the 4th lumbar vertebrae. When you are in the full ELDOA and the bones are in a closed pac chain connection, you should feel the space between those two vertebrae which are located right at the base of the spine, above the sacrum.
