Exercise Tutorial: Calf Raise On Leg Press Machine
Sit in a leg press machine. Push with both of your legs, until they are almost fully extended. Make sure only the top third of feet remains pushing against the machine. Without changing the angle of your knees, push off with your forefoot, then gently release. Repeat. Ensure that the knees are kept stationary at all times, almost completely extended but not locked.
