Expansion & Intensity Control 2 builds upon previous videos to further unpack Expansion, Follow Through and Intensity Control.
Two new skill-building exercises are released that help athletes understand the Archer's Disc and use of clickers as training aids (even for barebow athletes): 1) On Thin Ice gives athletes a fun opportunity to experiment with proper Tension and Direction during Follow Through; 2) One Way Street explores Intensity Control throughout the shot cycle.
New graphics are also released in this video: one for the Archer's Disc and another showing how clicker movement progresses throughout the shot, especially around Holding and Expansion.
