Join Coach Kyle for training session designed to improve your shot execution. Coach Kyle guides you through an overview of Expansion first before walking you through 3 Warm Ups and a 4 part progression with cues, standards for self-assessment, and reflection questions. This video releases new cues and new activities created by Coach Kyle with the intent of accelerating the adoption of these concepts and movements by your brain and body. Expansion begins after physical and mental Holding are found; It is an invisible and internal movement facilitated by an increase in blood pressure and relentless, singular focus, on getting to the end of Follow Through with more back tension than any other point in the shot cycle. A strong sense of connectedness, bow side through draw side, is critical in completing this powerful movement. Expansion does not end until we have reached the end of Follow Through. Follow Through, therefore, is a term we use to communicate the part of Expansion that we commit to after the subconscious release takes place. Expansion Part II, coming out next week, will explore clickers, intensity control, and unveil new diagrams to help you understand the timing and placement of Expansion within the shot cycle. Enjoy.
