This crispy Filet-O-Fish was originally filmed for my now retired Patreon community, and I’m finally sharing it here. In the video, I mention making it for Ash Wednesday, which has technically passed, but we’re still in Lent season and honestly, seafood season in New Orleans never really ends. If you love a little high brow, low brow balance like I do, this one is for you. We’re taking the nostalgic drive-thru classic and giving it just a little more intention at home.
