It’s soft, fully soaked, and honestly better the next day. You pour in the three-milk mixture and let it do its thing, then finish it with whipped cream and call it a day. If you want to make it đặc biệt, take this base and turn it into the Vietnamese coffee version I made on The Kitchen.
