If you've made an error consistently in a document, then Find Replace can be the quickest way to consistently fix the error. It's available in most programs. Try Edit - Replace or a similar menu choice, or hit command/control-f. When you do, make sure you haven't already selected some type or it may only look in the selected type for the change. If you've made an inconsistent mistake, like sometimes placing a space before an equals sign and sometimes a space after, it's quicker to replace " =" with "=", and then "= " with "=". (It's almost always a good idea to replace double-spaces with single spaces throughout.) BE CAREFUL. Though it's often possible to use command/control-z to undo a mistake, sometimes it's safer to do a save-as and then do the replacement.
