This video shows how to fill the glue system and remove trapped air – essential for first‑time use or after long idle periods. Proper venting ensures accurate glue weight, normal suck‑back, and no dripping. 🔧 What you'll do - Open the air inlet valve and outlet valve on each glue tank (A and B). - Open the pipe valves leading to the dispensing head. - Run manual dispenses into a waste container until flow is smooth (no sputtering). - For dual‑component systems, vent A and B separately before attaching the mixing tube. - After venting, check suck‑back – the glue should cut off cleanly. ⚠️ Important - Remove any mixing tube while venting. - If sputtering persists, there is still air – keep purging. - After long idle, inspect the nozzle for dried glue first. 🕓 When to vent again - After changing glue batches. - When you see inconsistent glue weight or poor suck‑back. - Machine unused for 1+ week.
