I have been asked this a few times to cover a whole session & this is my first attempt at narrating a session.
Although I picked my time unwisely (just before multiple storms hit) I hope this will explain a bit about how after many years of Mobility Training, Strength Training & Back Rehab I have now ended up in this exact phase of blending.
I would not have blended it this way in the beginning & I am sure (it fate allows) I will progress the methods further as I get stronger & bendier! For now this is where I am at & these are the methods I am blending to get the most out of the time I have available.
I am doing a Whole Body Push, Pull split & then doing Arms & Legs during the week with cardio & mobility between these strength training sessions. I usually take 1-2 full rest days depending on the intensity of what I have done, and work commitments.
