With the eccentric work for mobility, I have just been playing around with ways to safely implement the exercises. There is increased risk with eccentric work particularly when you are trying to increase the range of movement and taking them through till the end of your range. Here I am playing with options to load hamstring and glutes eccentrically. I wanted to put it out there to see what else you guys think of. Let me know in the comments.
