Once you have mastered weight transfer, we’ll move on to the handstand walking set-up. Before you ever attempt to handstand walk, you need to be able to kick up to vertical, and hold your handstand for 2-3 seconds. The set-up is the foundation of the entire movement, and will either set you up for success, or failure, in your handstand walking.
