I thought it would be fun to make every recipe in Emelia Jackson’s “Some of my Best Friends are Cookies”. Welcome to my kitchen! I love the biscuit base of these biscuits, and I enjoyed learning how to make praline. These biscuits are super rich, but they're a definite hit with the kids (which is nice after the last few fails!).
