I can tell i've lost some flexibility. Don't neglect stretching. I am guilty of skipping this at times but it's such an important part of your well-being.
For those of you who take my classes in NYC I'll be changing all of the routines this week to keep you challenged - so make sure your body is strong and prepared.
For those who workout with me On Demand please take proper time to warm-up and stretch after the workouts
