If your neck range of motion is very restricted from an injury like whiplash or muscle guarding, this can help. Do at least 2 different positions/day with 1min of neck movements total. Only stay in the pain free range. It will increase over time. The goal is to build trust with your body and nervous system, so don't push into pain with this exercise.
