This is the sequence we learned in our Intermediate/Advanced Salsa class in May 2019. This dance floor has sticky ground for african dancing, which makes double-spins hard.
At the end, I was asking Margaret to not lift her left foot off the ground, to have two points of contact, for balance. Preferably, don't lift your left foot as she has, at least connect with a side of left foot on to the ground. This is a tough dip, and leg-to-leg contact for sideways balance is also absolutely necessary.
