Here we go again. A nice repeat of the stretch exercises from last week. I know too much consistency can cause a plateau, but when it comes to this it seems like repeating some of these eventually unlocks me to that next level. Have felt a couple of pops here and there (in a good way.) Hope no one was startled by the little interruption at the end. Glad it was just Odie 😺 Thank you for watching
