This is a great squat variation to develop the quads and practice loading and pushing from a WHOLE foot. The roller assistance provides enough support to practice quality hip and knee mechanics and minimize pains that may come up during free standing squats. Try them out as a high rep finisher or as a replacement to troublesome squats.
