This video is of my kettlebell work out done on 5-3-26. This work out was inspired by @KeithWeber off his amazing DVD #Extremekettlebell Working weight was 35 lbs kettlebell Man maker - Thrusters x10 each side Clean & Press x10 each side Overhead Squat x10 each side Windmills x10 each side Snatches x10 each side Upper body blast - Windmills x10 each side Shoulder press x10 each side Cleans x10 each side Bicep Curls x10 each side One arm rows x10 each side Push up x10 each side Upright rows x10 each side Hot Potatoes x10 each side Extra!!!!!! - Bicep Curls - 2 Sets of 10 reps with 75lbs Tricep extensions - 2 Sets of 10 reps with 50 lbs Next work out I will be swapping out upper body blast for leg burner! Oh boy so excited! Can already tell it is workings, this work out was easier and I had less of a rest period in between sets.
