Kettlebell workout 5-8-26
This video is of my kettlebell work out done on 5-8-26. Warm up was inspired by @KeithWeber off his amazing DVD #Extremekettlebell Felt like testing myself with some actual weight so grabbed my 52 pounder and set a bench mark for my progress! Working weight was 35 lbs and 52lbs kettlebell Man maker - done with 35lbs Thrusters x10 each side Clean & Press x10 each side Overhead Squat x10 each side Windmills x10 each side Snatches x10 each side 52lbs test- done with 52lbs Thrusters x6 each side Clean x6 each side Snatch x6 each side Press x6 each side Two handed swings x6 for set one and x12 for set 2 2 total sets, will work up to more Extra!!!!!! - Bicep Curls - 2 Sets of 10 reps with 75lbs Tricep extensions - 2 Sets of 10 reps with 50 lbs Next work out will go back to Man maker as a warm up and then leg burner and I am going to start doing some extra work as well, still figuring out the details!
