Kettlebell workout 5-6-26
This video is of my kettlebell work out done on 5-6-26. This work out was inspired by @KeithWeber off his amazing DVD #Extremekettlebell Working weight was 35 lbs kettlebell Includes: Warm up, just did not film it. Man maker - Thrusters x10 each side Clean & Press x10 each side Overhead Squat x10 each side Windmills x10 each side Snatches x10 each side Leg Burner- Overhead squat x10 each side Squat kicks x10 each side Overhead lunges x10 each side Tactical lunges x10 each side One handed swings x10 each side Body weight squats x10 each side Man maker is getting easier which is good and bad all at the same time. Was able to complete all the reps this time during the leg burner portion of the work out, progress, progress, progress! Next work out we go back to Man maker as a warm up, and upper body blast.
