This video deals with the Kjeldahl method. This is a quantitative analytical chemistry technique used to determine the amount of nitrogen in chemical substances. In this method nitrogen present in a sample is converted to ammonia which is titration against a standard acid. From the mol of ammonia liberated we can calculate the % of nitrogen in the sample.
