As a follow-up to last week's video on grissini, this week we're baking soft breadsticks. The recipe is almost identical to grissini with the exception of butter applied before and after baking. Get creative and add your own toppings! Here's the recipe:
300 g bread flour (just over 2 cups)
200 g semolina flour (1-1/2 cups)
300 g water (1-1/3 cups)
2 tsps instant yeast
2 tsps sea salt
2 tsps garlic powder
2 Tbsps Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp olive oil
Melted butter
