Start this recipe in the morning and have whole wheat rolls on the table by dinner time--with very little effort. Seeds are optional as a topping but add flavor to these light rolls. This recipe makes 6 rolls but double the recipe for more. Here are the ingredients:
200 g whole wheat flour (1-1/2 cups)
100 g all-purpose flour (3/4 cup)
250 g water (just over 1 cup)
1 tsp sea salt
1-1/2 tsps instant yeast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
Seeds for topping, e.g. sesame
