This loaf is a family favorite. It's sweet, light, perfect for breakfast toast. Give it a try. Here's the recipe:
350 g all-purpose flour (2-1/2 cups)
100 g oat flour (3/4 cup)
80 g semolina flour (1/2 cup)
275 g water (1-1/4 cups)
3 Tbsps instant milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsps instant yeast
2 tsps sea salt
2 Tbsps melted butter
Rolled oats for topping
