LOCK DOWN CHALLENGE—DAY8: Kettlebility invites you to join our Lock Down Challenge! Each day we will present an exercise or movement pattern that you can perform at home. They can be performed loaded (kettlebell, dumbbell, bottle of water) or with just bodyweight. The important thing will be to explore the movement, and get all your repetitions completed by the end of your day 👍 Who doesn't love strong, beautiful quads? And when you train a movement like Bone Rhythm Lunges, you ALSO get to work on core stability/activation, AND ankle/foot/toe mobility/stability too! What's not to love? Starting from a half-kneeling lunge position, push yourself up and lock your front knee, drawing your kneecap up into your thigh. Remember to stay vertical, this movement is up and down. If you find yourself moving forwards onto your front foot, you can use a chair to help you stabilize. The goal for DAY8 is 100 total reps per side, to be performed in sets of 5-10 reps throughout your day :) Your complete LOCK DOWN CHALLENGE-DAY8 training protocol: -- 100 total reps per side of your Bone Rhythm Lunges, then finish with: -- 1 unloaded or loaded Get Up each side -- 5 Perfect Pushups of your choice -- 10 bodyweight squats -- The complete DAY4 Flow -- 20 Curtsy Toe Touches each leg -- 5 Chair Dips -- 5 Plank Openers per side ENJOY!
