Making a Clock Frame with a Single 2x4
In this episode, I'm going to be showing you how I made a rustic diy photo frame with a built-in clock from a single 2x4 board. This was a lot of fun to make and shows just how much you can do with simple materials. If you have an extra 2x4 board laying around, this is a great project to work on, especially if you're looking for a DIY idea as a gift. This video shows how to make a picture frame for a single 2x4 board. The design itself was done in Adobe Illustrator but you can use any vector-based program you're comfortable with. If you're using a CNC, Vetric V Carve is a great product to use because it also writes the code necessary for the CNC machine to read. I used the Stepcraft D840 CNC machine to do the carving but again, hand-cutting is another great option. Let me know in the comments if you have any questions or need assistance making your own!
