The welcome screen of the MAXHUB XBoard V7 Interactive Flat Panel is used mostly before meetings or even when a boardroom is not being used for a meeting but you would like to display your companies branding.
You could change the background of the welcome screen to the logo of a company that is visiting you and play background music so that they might feel welcome when they arrive for a meeting with you.
The text part of the welcome screen is completely customizable so you could edit it to have the agenda for the day or simply say welcome to a certain visitor.
The moment that you slide the screen from the welcome screen back to the home screen the music will automatically stop because the panel assumes that you will be going into a presentation or video conferencing call.
