Egg/Tortilla Wrap Y’all, I ain’t had much in the house, but I made me a good little breakfast wrap with what I did have. Eggs, cheese, bell pepper, and a little seasoning can sure go a long way. ❤️ Ingredients: • 1 8-inch flour tortilla • 2 eggs • Cheddar & mozzarella cheese • Diced red bell pepper • Olive oil spray • Salt and pepper • A little chili powder • A little garlic powder • A pinch of Italian seasoning • A little elote seasoning Instructions: 1. Cook the diced red bell pepper in a skillet over low to medium heat until it softens up, then take it out. 2. Spray one side of the tortilla with a little olive oil and lay that side down in the skillet. 3. Beat up the eggs in a bowl and season them with salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a little elote seasoning. 4. Pour the eggs into the skillet over the tortilla. 5. Add your cheeses and cooked red bell pepper. 6. Fold it over and let it cook until the eggs are set and the tortilla is golden and crisp. 7. Take it out, slice it up, and enjoy.
