A mitre corner shape is used in areas such as the vent of a men's jacket. This shape can be created with the existing seam tool. However, in V13, there is a simpler method available with the Protrude Outline tool. Using the M (mitre) QuickStep with the width value, the mitre corner shape can be created very easily. Once the outline shape is modified, additional seam allowance can be applied to finish the edges.
