Choreography by: Isabella Lopez Song/Artist: Orange Juice — Noah Kahan My piece explores the chaos of growing older, something we all experience in different ways. It’s that feeling of everything shifting at once: relationships changing, identities evolving, priorities rearranging, and time moving faster than you expect. Adulthood doesn’t arrive quietly. It comes in waves, and sometimes it feels overwhelming and disorienting. Instead of focusing on fear or fighting against it, this piece is about embracing that chaos while holding onto the things that ground us. Nothing feels more chaotic to me than change, it’s scary, and even though I hate the chaos it brings, time doesn’t stop for it, and this piece reflects the freedom that comes from letting go of control and trusting where life is taking you, even when it isn’t easy.
